Mint Cilantro Chutney

For me, sauces and condiments make the world go around and add impact and interest to food, especially vegan, plant based, oil-free dishes. This is a vibrant and colorful Indian-style chutney that is great with any Indian dish.

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp fresh green chile chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp water--more as needed
